Mr. Ludwig has served as past President of the local IREM chapter and was the first President of the local Counselors of Real Estate chapter.

He has been qualified as an expert witness in both local, Federal and Federal Bankruptcy Courts. And continues to testify for tax appeals.
Mr. Ludwig is an active member of the board of Federation Housing, Inc., a provider of affordable housing for seniors and has served a 3-year term as president.
Mr. Ludwig lives in Bala Cynwyd, PA with his wife Leah.
